We allow bride and a few others on 1 hour before guests arrive but know that crew is preparing yacht.

Name and contact numbers of outside vendors: If we are picking up at a location different from our home port, vendors need to arrive and set up at home port no later than 1 hour prior to when yacht leaves for pickup location.

With ceremony, please list Wedding Party preferably in the order of ceremony – who is ushering whom down the aisle? Do you want them all to break off and stand beside you or sit down afterwards?

After ceremony, the yacht begins to sail and cocktail hour begins with passed hors d’ourves.
Dinner: Do you want to be introduced once everyone is seated?__________
Please coordinate all music with DJ/band. Music is very important. Make sure you hire a professional!
After introduction usually comes first dance. Do you want this? Songs?
Do you want bride and groom to dance together and then have everyone else join or do you want bride and groom alone to dance?
Sit-down or buffet dining?______________
If you are doing a sit down dinner, dinner orders are taken after First Dance. Otherwise, buffet is open right afterwards.
Champagne toast/speeches? _______ When do you want this done?___________ Who will give the toast? This is usually done:
1. After the first dance
2. Just before dinner ends
We can have champagne flutes on the tables with champagne poured in the glass just before everyone sits or later.
Will there be speeches? We need to coordinate the dinner service and timing is very important. Long speeches take up valuable time. Please avoid this!
Cake cutting ceremony. Is yacht supplying cake?_______

After you and groom cut first piece, staff will cut the rest of cake.
After cake cutting, usually comes Father/Daughter dance and Son/Mother dance. Do you want this?_________ You can substitute people. What music?______________
Will you be doing a bouquet/garder? ___________
First bride throws bouquet to unmarried ladies. Then groom takes garder off bride’s leg and throws to single gentlemen. Then man who caught garder puts it on leg of lady who caught bouquet…
